Report content
If you believe something stored in or made with ViduciaStudio is illegal, infringes your rights or breaks our Terms, tell us. This page explains what to include, where to send it and what happens next.
Where to send it
Email your report to
Use the subject line Content report so it is not mixed up with support questions.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.
What to include
A complete report is quicker to act on. These are the details we need.
- Where the content is. As exactly as you can: a link, the video or template title, the account or channel it came from, or a screenshot that shows it.
- Why it is illegal or breaks our Terms. Explain the problem in enough detail for us to check it. For a copyright claim, name the work and say whether you own it or act for the owner.
- Your name and email address. So we can confirm we have your report and tell you the outcome. You may leave these out when reporting child sexual abuse material.
- A good-faith statement. Confirm that you believe the information in your report is accurate and complete.
What happens next
We confirm receipt
You get an email that your report has arrived, if you gave an address.
A person reviews it
We look at the content against the law and our Terms, carefully and without bias. We may ask you for more detail.
We decide and act
We may remove the content or block access to it, restrict or close the account, or take no action when the report does not hold up.
Both sides hear why
We tell you what we decided and why. The account holder is told what was done and why, unless the law or an investigation does not allow it.
Either side can ask again
Reply to the decision email to ask us to look at it again, and add anything we may have missed. This does not affect your right to go to court.
