The services that handle customer data on ViduciaStudio’s behalf, what each one is for and what it receives. This list adds detail to the section Who processes it for us in the Privacy Policy.

Services that receive customer data
Core services are on the normal path for every customer. Fallbacks run only when a core service fails. Optional services are off unless they are switched on.

Where the data goes
Some of these companies are in the United States. As the Privacy Policy explains, those transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Payment card details
Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and stay with Stripe. Payments are handled by Stripe; ViduciaStudio keeps only a keyed hash of the card’s fingerprint, to allow one free trial per card.
Sources that receive queries, not your account
To research a video, the ViduciaStudio cloud asks these services questions. They see the query, sent from the cloud’s servers, but never your name, email address or account.

ViduciaStudio uses YouTube API Services. YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to that data.

The date at the top shows when this list was last checked against the services ViduciaStudio uses. The Privacy Policy sets out how your data is used and your rights, and the cookies page covers what this website keeps in your browser.
